Personal data are processed in accordance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No 144, item 1204, as amended).

Purpose and legal basis for data processing:

Personal data are processed by the controller for the purpose of responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form, by email, or for sending newsletters to the provided email address based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Types of processed data:

  • First name, last name, company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to inquiries submitted through the form.

Recipients of personal data:

Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities: a/ providing accounting, legal, or advisory services to the controller; b/ managing IT systems; c/ state authorities or other entities authorized under the law, at their request, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations imposed on the controller.

Data retention period:

Personal data are stored no longer than necessary to respond to inquiries submitted through the form. Personal data processed on the basis of separate consent will be processed until it is withdrawn.

Rights regarding the provided data:

The data subject has the right to:

a/ access their personal data,

b/ rectify data,

c/ erase or restrict data processing,

d/ object to processing, as well as the right to data portability,

e/ withdraw consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),

f/ lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) regarding the processing of data.

To modify the personal data provided or withdraw consent, the User should send an email to the Controller at info@profcode.eu requesting a change to their personal data, indicating the manner in which this change should be made.
